The 2nd floor of this traditional Japanese house features both a western-style bedroom and classic Japanese-style room with tatami mats. Spread out on the comfortable double bed in the western-style room or experience Japanese culture through the futon beds in the Japanese-style room.

Kougetsu machiya is within walking distance to JR Kyoto Station. From Kyoto Station, access some of Kyoto’s most famous sightseeing spots by both bus and train.
