・Choose either delivery from the MACHIYA INNS & HOTELS Welcome Desk to your machiya house (check-in date) or from your machiya house to the Welcome Desk (check-out date).
・For check-in, drop off your luggage at the Welcome Desk by 3 PM.
・For check-out, luggage pick-up at the Welcome Desk is available from 4 PM to 7 PM.
・The MACHIYA INNS & HOTELS Welcome Desk is located a 3-minute walk from Kyoto Station's Central Exit (Kyoto Tower Side).

・Up to 2 complimentary luggage delivery per reservation (Check-out Date ONLY)
・Luggage will be delivered from your machiya house to the "Machi-nori Head Office" (5-minute walk from Kanazawa Station).
